  4. I know - where are Bossier's numbers? I'll bet Cindy and I have a long talk Monday. They do this every election. The last damned parish in the state to get numbers up with the SOS.

  11. If the Bossier precincts that are still out are rural, then Judge Burchett will come through. If they are all Bossier City I don't know. . .
