Did Adley and Marvin cut a deal to get Richey Jackson out of the State Senate race?

Richey Jackson sent an email to Lou Burnett at Fax-Net Daily on Monday telling him that he had decided not to run for the State Senate District 36 seat against Robert Adley.
Jackson was due to host a fundraiser last night, and as of early afternoon a number of people who had been invited had not been notified that he was not running.
What happened?
My sources tell me that Schuyler Marvin had a meeting with Jackson (his employee), and encouraged him to drop out of the running because he couldn’t raise enough money to take on the incumbent.
(This is a little strange, considering that a 19 year old college student, Tyler Nezat, ran against Adley last time, didn’t campaign, didn’t raise a penny, and got 27% of the vote).
What really happened?
Consider some background. For the last year or two there has been a move to split the 26th JDC, which is comprised of Bossier & Webster Parishes, into two separate judicial districts. Adley has been the point man for the split in Baton Rouge.
DA Marvin, who lives in Webster Parish, has been strongly opposed. The logical outcome of such a split would be that Marvin would be left as the DA in Webster Parish, and Bossier would elect someone new. Marvin would lose the bigger part of his current constituency.
Of course, this is conjecture on my part. Did Marvin and Adley cut a deal for Jackson to drop out, and in return for Adley to drop his efforts to split the 26th?
Will Adley continue his efforts to split the 26th or will he quietly drop them? As I said, this is only conjecture, but the proof will be in the pudding.
Hide and watch.

  1. What you said sounds like something that might happen given the individuals involved. I believe that for the good of us all someone should run against Adley.

  2. What really makes my stomach turn is the Adley ads. "Our Senator and no one else's"-What does that mean? Who the hell wants him? NOT ME!!!

  3. They cut a deal alright-I was willing to give Jackson $200,000. That was a bad move for Marvin...

  4. Duke should run against adley!

  5. That's a great idea, Jeff!

  6. Someone should run against Adley! Remember! HE VOTED FOR HIS PAY RAISE! I would almost support Nancy Pelosi over Robert Adley! Almost...

  7. Adley wins again and gives us 4 more years of nothing. Epitaph reads "Here lays Robert Adley, doing what he always did - nothing"

    ReplyDelete
  8. Well, when the governor uses his veto power to stop the pay raise he gave himself, can you really blame Adley for doing nothing??? It's the governor's fault really.

  9. I mean really. Does any of this shock anyone? I guess in return all of Marvin's people votes for Adley. Good ole north bossier politics. On a positive note though if Jackson would have beat Adley it would have made Marvin a stronger political force more than he already is and that would have been bad. I'm gonna say it again. They all need to go.

  10. I don't know Jim. It does raise an eyebrow...and kinda makes me wonder who that "Anonymous" was the other day that wrote firmly that "Richie" Jackson would not run.

Really, this kind of stuff just does not happen. We all know that conspiracy theory junk is just junk. It's hard to believe that you'd think folks would go to these lengths just to secure a little ol' State Senate Seat.

I mean, conspiracy theories are ridiculous.

BTW, Obama WAS born in Kenya.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Andy, the "Anonymous" the other day was probably just someone who reads the Fax Net Update. Burnett broke the story early this week.

I personally think this development has nothing to do with any deal being cut by Adley and Marvin.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Okay, thanks. I didn't know the news was out earlier in the week.

And, Obama was born in Kenya.

  13. Maybe Richey figured out that he would have to resign from his real job, by law, if elected.

  14. The Tyler Nezat comment shows how little you know about races. It is statistically proven that 70 percent by an incumbent is just about the max. The other 30 percent are unhappy people who are against everything - like many of the posters on this site. Make for entertaining reading though and nothing will change.

    ReplyDelete
  15. yeah, i agree the conspiracy theory makes no sense. everyone knows that adley is not worthy of trust. couple that with his arrogance and no one would make a deal like that with him

    ReplyDelete
  16. Really Duke or Jeff should run against Adley. Thompson should have name recognition from his congress run, and Duke has deep ties to the Haughton area.

    Wishful thinking I guess.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Both of Adley's supporters told me that he only has a 40% approval rating. That means that 60% will vote for someone else. This could get interesting.

  18. Mr. Schuyler Marvin had nothing to gain from Mr. Jackson's decision not to run. It is most difficult and takes much money (unfortunately) to run against someone who has been in public office for over 25 years. Adley's war chest is VERY large and would stop at nothing to win. It truly would have been a a financial matter in raising the money and Marvin would gain nothing by cutting a deal with Adley. This just simply did not happen. The My Bossier post this morning is just way off base and I am very dissapointed of its content and context!

    ReplyDelete
  19. The Senate district is mostly rural, so the advantage given to Adley from his warchest would have been neutralized or at least greatly diminished by the support Jackson would have received from elected officials.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I wish I lived in Adley's district, so I could have the pleasure of voting against him, even though he will win. I do, however, get the consolation prize. I get to vote against Jane Smith.

  21. "This just simply did not happen. The My Bossier post this morning is just way off base and I am very dissapointed of its content and context!"

Like I said, the proof will be in the pudding. If Adley continues to push to split the 26th JDC then I will admit I was wrong. If he drops it, well . .

    ReplyDelete
  22. A blind, deaf, & dumb dog could beat Adley. He's got more enemies in North Louisiana than you can shake a stick at. I'd walk the streets for ANYONE that ran against him, and I don't even live in the district!

    ReplyDelete
  23. I think you are right on the money. Adley has been pushing the split of the district, and now all of a sudden no opponent from Jackson. Politics as usual for the parish. Marvin is a Webster boy, but gets the most political power from Bossier, if the districts are split, he loses that political pull.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I will vote for anyone that runs against Adley and Jane Smith!

  25. It is indeed a sad day for District 36, and Louisiana as a whole. The Governor should interact and personally ask JAckson to reconsider, he has till the 8th of September to change his mind. The Republican Party should contact Jackson and excite their support joined by the entire state, for the simple reason that I did research and Jackson has been a Republican since 1967, this is Adley's first time to run as a Republican. Where is the great Republican support for a TRUE honest to goodness one of their own, Republicans? What is the reason or function of the Republican Party if not to fully support a dedicated true 44 year, even when it wasn't COOL Republican? Do your job! contact Jackson and offer your support, make us all proud to be Republicans, this is clearly not the time to stand on the sidelines and support a wantabee Republican. Even if the results remain the same, at least you did what your party was established for, to support one of our own that clearly shares our values, Same goes for the Tea Party, where are yall?? This will be such an injustice if yall let the perfect candidate of our lifetime fall through the cracks? We can beat the odds if every reader, their friends and family contact Jackson and show your support, especially the 3:55 $200,000. dollar guy ha-ha Do You really want a change, we have the power, if you can't reach him? be sure and leave your name so he will know you called, if all else fails, send him a card expressing your support. We have come too close to turn back now, Flood his office with cards just like that Santa Clause movie, what have we got to lose?
OBAMA is on his way out and his Hope and Change Bus could easily take a detour through Benton and pick up the DEMO-REP Senator on their way OUT! Any devious deeds he has on his agenda will continue no matter who runs against him, even if he has no opponent his distructive obsession will continue, its in his DNA. Jackson dropping out has nothing to do with Adley attacking the DA or Jacksons family, don't even give Adley that much credit, that is what he is hoping we will do, just long enough to draw our attention away from the Sept 8 deadline for Jackson to qualify.People are not taking him serious and they are so sick of his acusations, the people spoke when he tried to attack and continues to attack everyone in the Parish, they shot down his so called Bill he tried to pass just for us, the rest of the state threw it out. He needs to stop bringing attention to himself, really $400,00. a year part time job! Oh my Gosh, can you imagine? I would never say a word for fear it would interfere with my hugh SMILE!!His preoccupied obsession with taking down the Governor and anyone else that does not agree with his ideology is really getting old,his job is to humbly and honoraby represent his district, not abuse and use his powers to attack and attempt to take out people that disagree with him. We can easily replace him,we do not have much time, but we can do it and give a whole new meaning to Yes We Can!!He thrives on people thinking he has the power to make or break anyone that disagrees or threatens his job, please do not fall for it!!! There were no deals! you can't make deals with the likes of him, anybody that knows him knows the only deal he makes is His way, and or His way!! Make your call or send your card. We can end the useless ineffective representation of District 36 and for that matter our entire state, continuning in a position where the Governor is annoyed by his very presence because of his Obama Arrogant attitude deems his present and future representation of the people useless and ineffective. Why in Gods name would we continue sending someone to Baton Rouge just for the sake of sending someone just because they have become accustomed to the perks, bells and whistles???
With our Support, Richey Jackson is not out of the Race, the fate of District 36 lies in our hands, forget the gossip, only we the people can wipe that silly grin off Adley's face!!

  26. No one has a chance against Senator Adley...get real posters....he has done much for the district and has worked hard to help folks...Either put up or shut up...

  29. oops, anon at 9:56, you just made a bad call....Senator Adley's horn is tooted by a voter and a respectful supporter....he doesnt need to toot his own horn..it toots for itself by his accomplishments....granted he can rustle some feathers....he has mine in the past...but unlike some folks, I admit I was in the wrong...he has a great mind and is very generous...you obviously dont know him...calling him Bob...if you got to know him you might even like him...i know i do...have a good day sir, mam....

  30. Anyone have a problem with Richey Jackson appearing on Moon Griffon's show at Shreveport Music while Richey was on taxpayer work schedule?

    ReplyDelete
  31. The majority on this blog say they dislike Adley. Why? Just wondering.

    ReplyDelete
  32. ano Aug 12 11:07 Nope just You! could it be that it was a lunch break from the office that Jackson went into everyday even though it was closed for the month of July! I think the "Best Truancy Program in The World" awarded in 2007 to Bossier/Webster Parish pretty much sums up taxes well spent. Jackson's exemplary dedication to education and the drop off prevention program has certainly contributed to our reputation and the noted success of our Educational system. I repeat Best in the WORLD! covering National/International=World!

    ReplyDelete
  33. I agree! Where is the Republican Party?? HELLO, are you there? A Republican for 44 years VS 4 years, Let me see??? Oh Oh I know it's a no brainer the 44 year guy.
Maybe I have a misconception of what the organized Republican Party is all about? correct me if I am wrong, stand by one of your own, if both are Republicans, then you simply do the math, measure the party contibutions and history of each candidate then you do what is right and throw your support behind the only true Republican candidate using the values and guidelines set when the Party was established in the first place. THE PEOPLE ARE WATCHING! What are yall going to Do???

  34. Any group can call itself "International". It's directors consist of the US, UK, and Canada. There's a reason their membership numbers are not posted on their website.

As for the Republican issue, John McCain and Lindsey Graham have been Republicans for decades, but they hardly work to steer this country in the right direction.

Adley's had a botched record in the past, and has done some good things recently. If a challenger wants to replace Adley, he needs to make his case for why he would be any better. Do we really need another member of the Bossier mafia, the father of the Assistant D.A. Patrick Jackson, in the Statehouse? They already have Jane Smith. We don't need another. Currently Adley is the only one speaking out against the Bossier machine.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Are you serious? Adley is part of the Bossier Parish Machine! Know your facts before you speak!

    ReplyDelete
  36. @ Jim

Jim, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that were the case. These guys, the whole lot of them, exist to win the next election. As long as they are in office, they will do anything to retain that office. I've always liked Buddy Shaw, even back when he first ran. When he took a stand on his principles and announced that he will not seek reelection because he supports legislative term limits, that takes class. Buddy is right. We need term limits for sure. For every office. In USSR, you could have the same leader from your birth until your death. You could have the same congressman from the day you were born to the day of your funeral. That's not how it works here. If it comes out to be true, just mark it up to life-long career politicians being life-long career politicians.

  37. Jim like you said we will just have to wait and see what happens on the issue you raised. I tend to think its a case of ochman's razor...the most likely scenario is the most probable, which is that jackson didn't have the financial backing to beat adley

    ReplyDelete
  38. 8:50 I think your on to something. Why waste the money on him now. He will be gone in 4 for good.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Where is your American Patriotic spirit! Of course Jackson is worth the money!! Can you imagine the continued collateral and financial burden we will endure if we continue keeping a Repesentative of the people that the Governor and his colleagues clearly regard as a person of selfassertion?

    A riddle for yall!
What is the difference in four more years of Adley in Office, and four more years in office for Obama????I know? I know?
    ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

  47. Simple Equation of Facts;
    Member of the Rebublican Party;

    Richey Jackson since1967 44 years

    Robert Adley since2007 4 years
    a. First time to Campaign as a Republican.
    b. 32 years as a Democrat, switched in December of 2007.

With the vast overwhelming support of the Republican Party for the only true Republican candidate, Richey Jackson, Money or personal vendetta's would not be the issue or factor, Our Party needs to make the call and offer to endose and support our 44 year veteran Republican, Richey Jackson this support would ensure a Victory for our State and for the Republican Party. Support for a fellow True Republican does indeed fall under our Job description as a patriotic Republican Party affiliate.
I know it's hard to believe but everyone in Bossier does not read My Bossier so if the request could be passed on and our Republican Party contacted, we can Right a terrible Wrong before it's to late. upset their apple cart!!! whoever they are??

  48. A Marvin/Jackson ticket would hardly correct a wrong....would I want someone representing me that listened to Marvin and Marvin calling the shots...I think not! Maybe it is hard for you to believe, but not everyone feels as you do. Senator Adley has a very large and satisfied conctituency. Since Jackson supposedly has such a great truancy program going maybe that is where he best serves...so we all have more to gain this way.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Ano Aug 20 1:58
Actually the ticket would read more like, We the People/Jackson. You give way to much power and credit to Marvin which gives merit to a Rhetorical question; How great would it be for Jackson to continue his world wide acclaimed program throughout our great State of Louisiana? Jackson has been making a difference and excelling in working hard to do anything and everything humanly possible to better the conditions and dismal reputation our Louisiana Misery Index indicates. Ask anyone that really knows Jackson, including the honable Buddy Shaw and the thousands of kids he has helped in the, I can classes for 33 years or just the simple assurance that they are so important. He is an astute scholar of Louisiana history and the inner works of the complicated mechanism needed to accomplish greatness for We the People. Jackson is his own man that believes he can make a difference and answers only to his morals, values and of course GOD.
Probably not your intentions but You are trying to complicate a simple solution with rhetoric. If the Republican Party backs and supports one of their own, Richey Jackson, a Christian, 44 year veteran Republican He will win!!! It Is That SIMPLE!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Ok I'm confused. Didn't richie drop out?

    ReplyDelete
  51. If one has not officially dropped in then they cannot officially drop out till they fail to qualify by the September 8th time frame. What is confusing is that it is Richey not richie. Miracles happen everyday, so we will see! Thanks for you interest, Really. The Power of the Republican Party supporting one of their own in this state of affairs shape we are in is Priceless and effective as heck!! 44 years Vs 4 years, who do you think the Party will support and endorse?

    ReplyDelete
  52. Anyone, or any "candidate" for political office can claim to be Christian. I can claim to have been the first man to have landed on the moon, but it doesn't make it so.

Often times proclaiming to be a Christian is arrogance disguised as humility.

The poster stating Mr. Jackson has been a Republican for 41 years, therefore that somehow makes him more qualified, is simply misguided.

Its like the mechanic that has a sign out front advertising "honesty and "integrity". Why is it they always seem to be the ones ripping you off?

    ReplyDelete
  53. anon Aug 21, 12:33 Thank goodness he doesn't have to prove his claim of faith or answer to no one but God. Judge not lest you be judged!! But, If it would make you feel better if you heard some personal endorsements from known members of Faith, ask the members of the United Pentecostal Church, located on Viking Drive where the Pastor pesonally invited Richey Jackson to come back the next week as the Pastors personal guest and friend chosen after Jackson proudly expressed his faith and how it has guided him throughout his life. You cannot fool another Christian, especially the members of the Pentecostal Faith, they can spot an imposter a mile away.
This is ridiculous, get a life! And you stand corrected, the poster said Richey Jackson has been a devoted active knowledgeable member as well as a noted expert in the high ideals and substance values that make up the Republican Party for OVER 44 YEARS. 44 YEARS does indeed make him qualified to represent the people using the Ideals set by the Republican Party.running their Campaign for the first time as a Republican of less than 4 years doesn't have a clue.
On your mechanic logic, changing Party because it is the popular thing to do, does not make one a real Republican.

    ReplyDelete
  54. "On your mechanic logic, changing Party because it is the popular thing to do, does not make one a real Republican."

I understand what you are saying, but it does make him an incumbent state senator with (R) after his name. The Republican establishment in Bossier Parish is not going to challenge that.
I think Jackson stood a good chance against him, but he chose to withdraw.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Thanks Jim, but the point being, if overwhelming support from the Republican Party is offered, Jackson would surely reconsider. It is my understanding as a member of the Republican Party, that our purpose and agenda is to seek out a candidate that best represents us, our values, agenda's and goals while respecting and honoring the needs of every, We the People of our State and beyond. Jackson is that person, who has invested at least 8 months of a heartwarming grass roots campaign, so I think it is safe to say; if Richey Jackson's lifetime Party believes and stands behind him like he has believed and stood behind them for over 44 years, Of course he will qualify and continue his grass roots campaign. Raising money for something you believe in, is worth its weight in Gold, But the Belief and support of your Party of Choice for over 44 years is absolutely PRICELESS.
Adley would love to have us believe and put the blame on Marvin which is ridiculous, and as far as Adley continuing to attack the Da's office and Jacksons family, he is going to do it anyway! Not going to waste my time with Adley, I am using the same prayer on him that I used on Obama,Please Dear God, allow his actions and deeds to speak for themselves, he will take himself down!
Jim, as you know this will be Adley's first campaign with the (R) behind his name, it should be a lower case (r) if it is your first time to use us and our logo!!! One should have to earn the Honor of using our Symbol of Trust, over 32 years as a strong DEMOCRAT They should have to apply for a Party change and be tested as to why and explain what the Republican Party stands for? and what influenced you to abandon you party of over 32 years? This should not be used as a election tool, makes us look cheap and easy!! Who oversees this abuse to our Party???Our Party being used as an election tool only, is an insult to our integrity and Values.

    ReplyDelete
  56. You seem to be claiming that Republicans somehow have more "integrity and values" than Democrats or Republicans. Is that what you are saying?

So because the minister of the Penecostal church "on airline drive" supports Jackson, we are supposed to throw our hands up in awe and vote for this man? Do you not recall where the KKK originated? CHURCHES!!! So don't be so arrogant and think just because a local minister on airline drive puts his stamp of approval on jackson that this qualifies him to lead.

Lastly, if this minister and his church feel so strongly about Jackson, let them put their money where their mouth is, pass the proverbial collection plate, and hit the streets in this heat like some of the other candidates!

In other words, put up or shut up.

    ReplyDelete
  57. What is humorous anon 12:33 is that you are quick to point out where not to judge, yet in the same breath make judgements on Adley while still proclaiming your "faith". Take a look in the mirror buddy, or maybe this is Jackson's wife.

    ReplyDelete
  58. The Republican symbol is one of TRUST, REALLY? Maybe we should go back to the 50's in the good ole days when blacks sat on the back of buses and couldn't vote. And where women knew their place, in the kitchen right? I know, its "biblical". I know you hate Obama. Of course it's not because he is black. You blame the economy on Obama, meanwhile your fearless leader George Bush ran up the deficit to levels from the war that made us the biggest debtor nation in the history of the world. Try that on for size.

  59. I have heard everything now...it is not enough that a person chooses his political party affiliation, but he must declare x years of service to be recognized by this bigot poster. 60. Im a Republican and offended as well. This poster certainly does not represent our party!

  63. No one stated that one Party was better than the next for whatever reasons, and no one said that one candidate was more of a Christian than the other. Just questioning the motive of changing Parties after 32 years campaigning as a Democrat, yall should be upset with Adley for abandoning his party, not the persons that question his motive.

I do not hate anyone, and playing the race card is just so over done and without merit.

    ALL AMERICANS PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT;
Democrats controlled Congress for 2years under Bush and controlled the law making. During this time Bush did not have spending athority, Democrats controlling congress did. Same fact stands true that the first 2 years of Obama's reign were under the Democratic control, they could have passed anything and everything they chose to pass including a balanced budget.

    Why do we never hear more of that crucial very important fact;
LAST TWO YEARS OF GEORGE BUSH WAS UNDER A DEMOCRATIC RULE!
LAST TWO YEARS OF OBAMA WAS UNDER DEMOCRATIC RULE!
LAST FOUR (4) YEARS UNDER DEMOCRATIC RULE.

    Try that on for size!!!

p.s. Obama has ran up more debt in his short three year reign than all Presidents combined, in case I wasn't clear, from George to George the Debt combined can not and does not add up to this one single Presidents Debt, and we still have a year to go!

    Try that on for size!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Anonymous @ 1:58pm, you are hoist on your own petard. You say Bush is not responsible for the 8 years of record-setting deficit spending while he was POTUS, because Congress is responsible for spending, but then you say that Obama is responsible for all the debt that he inherited and all of the deficit spending that the Congress has authorized since then. Paying the interest on the debt of the past is what has bankrupted us.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Once again you are showing your ignorance of the facts. The debt, as a percentage of GDP (Which is Gross Domestic Product if you skipped ECON 101) is as follows:

    Jimmy Carter (-3.3%)
    Reagan-(+11.3%)
    Reagan- (+9.3%)
    Bush (1)-(+13%)
    Clinton-(-0.7%)
    Clinton-(-9%)
    Bush (2)-(+7.1%)
    Bush (2)(+20.7%)
    Obama (+9.0%)

Who yall should be upset with is the four years under Democratic rule's actions or lack there of, and Obama for talking a good teleprompter talk, but miserably failing to walk the crucial walk.

The budget submitted by Obama will add more to the debt than the outstanding debt of the previous presidents combined.

Per the Treasury Department's "Debt to the Penny" caculator, Obama's first day in office, Jan20, 2009, the public debt stood at $6.307 trillion; gross federal debt stood at $10.627trillion. For the most recent date available--May 27, 2011-- these two debt fiqures stood at $9.7618 trillion and $14,345 trillion, respectively.
That means that under Obama, the public debt rose by $3,411 trillion and the gross federal debt rose by $3,718 trillion.

Plus factor in the very important fact that the last two years of George Bush were under DEMOCRATIC RULE, and the first two years of Obama was under DEMOCRATIC RULE, so FOUR (4) years of DEMOCRATIC RULE. NO EXCUSES THEY WERE IN COMPLETE CONTROL AND COULD HAVE PASSED AND DONE ANYTHING THEY WANTED TOO!

Per the Truth-O-Meter! I believe their assessements to be TRUE! Plus it feels like the state of our economic status bears truth to this fact.

Richey Jackson had already given out these facts in one of his speeches, I just double checked them with the Truth-O-Meter and the Treasury Dept. and sure enough they are valid!

    ReplyDelete
  69. So are you relying on Ricky Jackson for your data? LOL

And by the way, you mentioned the debt under "democratic rule", did the democrats send us to war in IRAQ and Alfghanisan as well? Are you even aware that the supposed weapons of mass destruction never existed?

  70. Anonymous @ 10:45, you posed the question, "...did the democrats send us to war in IRAQ and Alfghanisan as well?"

Not to put too fine a point on this deal, but yes, they did. You may remember after 9/11 that the Democrat controlled congress authorized any and all necessary actions. One of those was implicitly an all-out assault on the Taliban in Afghanistan.

And, you might remember that before the invasion of Iraq, the Democrat Senate Majority Leader, Tom Daschle, insisted that President Bush come to Congress for authorization. Bush agreed, and the Senate overwhelmingly approved it. Smart people like Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry were first in line to put their name on the authorization.

The vote in the House was 296-133, and in the Senate it was 76-23.

So, yeah! The Democrats did send us to war in Afghanistan, and Iraq. Just sayin'...

  71. Back to the point, is adeley going to get a free pass? He has been a fixture in our state government for 20 plus years. While I like the man, I think he should go home. Enough already, but not richie Jackson.

  72. Do you even know Richey Jackson? of course not, if you did you would know how to spell his name. What is your obsession with attacking a person that you obvious do not know a thing about. He grew up where the louisiana Boardwalk is today and has dedicated his entire life to young people with the,I Can Classes and his award winning Best Truancy Program in the World recognition to which he humbly gives the credit to the thousands of students stating; it just happened to be a great Program that fit their needs, goals and interest, they just needed to know someone cared. I think you have sadly confused Jackson with someone else, there is no way he fits the character or negative ideals you have carefully labeled against him. Everyone that even remotely knows Richey Jackson knows exactly how to spell his name. And yes he is exactly who and what we need in Baton Rouge, they already know all about his leadership and outstanding job working with our future adults and leaders of tomorrow. He would be the only candidate that even cares what the heck our La Misery Index reveals since he has devoted his entire life to change the odds in our favor.Do some research, I think you will like what you see!!
    If not, your loss!
ano 23rd,10:45 And Yes I do rely on Richey Jackson for my information because it is always accurate, he never gives out info without researching the heck out it to be sure he is ready for negative overbearing great guys such as yourself.I really wish the facts were not True,I really do!

  73. Ricky Jackson and his alleged supporters apparently didn't man up, and the only one who cares about what jackson does is what his wife thinks that she posts on here lol

  74. Do you rally think for one minute a wife of a candidate or official would write on this site, much less have the time. Actually we have followed Jackson's work in Truancy and want to support him anyway we can. Most wives wish their husband was not in politics, their lives would be much simpler, ha-ha they would of course support them from a distance, careful not to encourgage them!

  75. proves the point, only a wife would even respond to the post!

  76. AUG 31 7:59 For what is worth and not to dignify your continued obsession with my role, I will keep it short and sweet, my husband and I will be celebrating our 50th this month and it is not Mr. Jackson. But thank you so much for your interest and a Happy Anniversary jester would be nice!
