  1. The Frazier guy that is mentioned in the Times article this morning about the masons suing the church is Graves campaign manager in webster. He obviously is the driving force in the lawsuit. I wonder what Mr Graves thinks about his campaign manager filing a lawsuit against a church? That can't be good for his side.

  2. Anon 8:53 You obviously hadn't had your coffee yet when you read the article. It says the church filed the original suit to evict the lodge while admitting the lodge had a right to be there by offering $30,000 for them to leave. It always amuses me that the attorney who has the losing side almost always refuses to comment to the news media that he doesn't want to try the case in the news but prefers to bring the evidence out in court. That means he doesn't have any evidence. I've heard that the two deacons who filed the suit were thrown out of the Masons for wrongdoings and that the eviction suit was retaliation. I guess Judge Stinson will be the deciding factor on that. He already refused to sign the eviction notice.

  3. Jim, the new campaign reports are out
    total money raised this period.
    Graves $1,775.00
    Slattery $1,300.00
    Nerren $27,000.00
That is a big difference in fundraising, don't you think ?

  4. Anon 11:06, there a slew of those contributors to Nerren's campaign that were given big favors regarding prosecution. That's how it goes around here ya see, I pat your back and you line my pockets with money. The'll throw the book at people without money or influence. These folks running our judicial system these days are as crooked as a barrel of snakes.
