Well, I am surprised, just overcome with shock and awe! I just knew that politician Jeff Cox was going to overturn the tax increase.
John Settle loses In yet another frivolous lawsuit he filed. Publicity hog. At least he was ordered to pay the costs.
Cox the politician, hear he wants to run for the 2nd Circuit
I think Jeff Cox is a good judge. I hope he does run.
I like jeff also but he will not get my vote.
@11:46Are you saying a politically motivated ruling would have been to overturn the increase and piss off every educator in Bossier Parish?
2nd Circuit? I thought he was considering La. Sup. Court.
That legal titan John Settle strikes again. Why would anyone spend their hard earned money on that guy as their lawyer?
Jeff cox is a good judge - he rules just as much against the government as he does with it - he did the right thing - settle never does the right thing - in fact - this is my last comment about a settle matter - i am stopping all talk about settle because it is a frivilous as talking about monkies flying out of my butt - neither are worth of comment and both are not productive discussions -
Good try mr. Settle. Keep up the good work. I sure you will appeal the decision. Maybe the 2nd circuit will give you a fair shake.
Jeff Cox knows less about law than any judge in the 26th JDC. He's also unprofessional and a swinger.
