To no one's surprise, Judge Jeff Cox upheld the April 21 bond election. John Settle must pay all costs of the lawsuit.

Well, I am surprised, just overcome with shock and awe! I just knew that politician Jeff Cox was going to overturn the tax increase.

2nd Circuit? I thought he was considering La. Sup. Court.

ReplyDeleteJeff cox is a good judge - he rules just as much against the government as he does with it - he did the right thing - settle never does the right thing - in fact - this is my last comment about a settle matter - i am stopping all talk about settle because it is a frivilous as talking about monkies flying out of my butt - neither are worth of comment and both are not productive discussions -
